Terms and conditions for Crazytaxi's Brick Store

1. Orders and cancellations
1.1. All orders placed with Crazytaxi's Brick Store are final and cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
1.2. An exception to this rule applies if an ordered item is out of stock. In such cases, the customer will be informed, and the order for that specific item will be canceled with a corresponding refund.

2. Incomplete or incorrect Orders
2.1. Crazytaxi's Brick Store strives to deliver each order completely and accurately.
2.2. If an order is incomplete or an item is incorrectly delivered, Crazytaxi's Brick Store will ensure a refund for the purchase amount of the missing or incorrect items.
2.3. The customer must contact us within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order to report any issues.

3. Condition of parts
3.1. Parts sold as new by Crazytaxi's Brick Store, can have minor scratches or imperfections due to the original packaging process by LEGO. These parts are often supplied in large plastic bags, which can cause minor cosmetic damage.
3.2. Crazytaxi's Brick Store cannot be held responsible for these minor imperfections, as they result from LEGO's manufacturing and packaging process.

4. Color Variations
4.1. LEGO parts may exhibit slight color variations due to differences in production batches.
4.2. Crazytaxi's Brick Store cannot be held responsible for these color differences, as they are inherent to LEGO's production process.

5. Weight and packaging
5.1. The weights provided by BrickLink are guidelines and may not correspond to the actual weight of the items.
5.2. The total weight of your order includes not only the LEGO parts but also the packaging materials used, such as bubble mailers, ziplock bags, and additional protective packaging.
5.3. Below are the weights of the most commonly used packaging materials by Crazytaxi's Brick Store:

Smallest envelop (120 x 100 mm): 7 grams
Largest envelop (270 x 220 mm): 30 grams
Letterbox box (255 x 160 x 28 mm): 56 grams
Letterbox box (350 x 250 x 28 mm): 102 grams

5.4. Please take these weights into account when calculating the shipping costs yourself.

6. Shipping responsibility
6.1. Crazytaxi's Brick Store ensures that all orders are carefully packed and handed over to Post.nl, DHL, or another carrier for shipment in a timely manner.
6.2. From the moment the shipment is handed over to Post.nl, DHL, or another carrier, Crazytaxi's Brick Store cannot be held responsible for loss, damage, delays, or other actions by the aforementioned carriers.
6.3. It is recommended to choose a shipping option with track & trace or insurance, if possible, to minimize the risk of loss or damage.
